2024-11-30 - Repairment week

• Icom IC-7000 repair attempt: soldered arrived transistors. During calibration of driver unit idle current, it has been discovered, that MOSFET does not work. Spare need to be ordered.
• Elecraft K3 repair attempt: symptoms are better, different messages show up, wrote a letter to support.
• MAFET PA repair: reduced secondary winding from three to two turns on output transformer after main transistors change (from XXX to MRF). Testing postponed due to lack of laboratory PSU for driving (smaller) PA.
• Got eventually restored invetory management system and managed to place an advertisement for sale of laboratory shelves. They served since 2020.
• Assembled voltage devider 100:1 to measure higher voltage with the oscilloscope.
• Calibrated Power Meter to lower power levels (0-60 W / SWR 1:2) with self-made dummy load (50 and 25 Ohm).
